In 2010 Morgan Est and Morgan Ashurst, the building and infrastructure arms of the contractor, merged to form a unified contractor for big projects. The Construction and Infrastructure division of Morgan Sindall secured key projects and frameworks in 2010. Water projects included the five-year Lee Tunnel for Thames Water and the five-year £75M Yorkshire Water framework.
