Citb-Construction- Skills, in partnership with the Ministry of Defence's (MoD) Career Transition Partnership, has launched a new initiative designed to fill widening skills gaps in the UK construction and built environment sector by drawing on the knowledge and expertise of ex-Armed Forces personnel. The initiative aims to better inform ex-Service personnel of career opportunities in the sector, whilst also encouraging construction and built environment employers of all sizes to recruit from this pool of talent.
