The aims of personnel management comprise training, commissioning and optimisation and have to be geared to the overall project aims. Personnel development takes over organisational tasks for training and commissioning and has got a share in organisation development in co-operation with those having responsibility in produktion and technology. By using the know how of the personnel as well as the use of employees from other group companies it becomes possible to take advantage of synergy. The measures of personnel management have to be made transparent to be shown in the schedules of activities, and the time schedule and costs have to be controlled. Following the end of the project the target-performance comparison and the collection of experience help to optimize future projects.%Die Ziele des Personalmanagements umfassen Schulung, Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung und sind auf die Gesamtprojektziele abzustimmen. Die Personalentwicklung übernimmt organisatorische Aufgaben für Schulung und Inbetriebnahme und wirkt in Zusammenarbeit mit den Verantwortlichen aus Produktion und Technik an der Organisationsentwicklung mit. Durch Nutzung von Know-how des Betriebspersonals sowie Einsatz von Mitarbeitern anderer Konzernbetriebe lassen sich Synergien nutzen. Die Maßnahmen des Personalmanagements sind transparent zu machen, im Aktivitäten- und Zeitplan darzustellen sowie Kosten zu kontrollieren. Im Anschluß an das Projektende helfen der Soll/Ist- Vergleich und die Sammlung von Erfahrungen zur Optimierung zukünftiger Projekte.
