Medway Tales: Life on the Dividing River

This is, primarily, a book about people. The author, maritime journalist Wilf Lower, has collated a series of articles that describe the people of the Medway. Featuring many previously unpublished photographs, the story of the river is traced through the eyes of its numerous colourful characters, beginning with its older traditional industries and going right through to present day tourism and leisure related activities.
