NATIONAL SPECIALIST NETWORKS

AWA's National Specialist Networks have been around for almost 2 years now, so now is a good time to take stock and seek opinions to ensure that our Specialist Networks remain relevant and are addressing members' needs. A survey was distributed in February, which sought to gauge members' thoughts and opinions on AWA National Specialist Networks. It was pleasing to see so many people provide feedback. The survey itself was put together with input from those directly involved in the Specialist Networks and the branch committees, therefore addressing a range of viewpoints from across the country. The survey has now closed and the results are being analysed. These will be used in conjunction with the feedback from branches and Specialist Network convenors to produce an action plan.
