The bank and telecommunication network interlinking (IL) has one or more mobile networks, which are connected by interfaces directly or indirectly to national and international electronic clearing devices of the credit economy bank-clearing-systems, particularly cash clearing devices, like the international society for worldwide interbank financial telecommunication (SWIFT) network. The packet data network and the internet protocol are connected around the mobile radio users, which extends in the conducting financial services.
