Initially we had point-to-point connectivity but we have now migrated to MPLS system. Apart from that, we have a data center in Gurgaon rnand Mumbai. We are at present centralized with our core data center and technology team located out of Gurgaon. The operations are being supported 24x7 from Gurgaon, with a DR site in Mumbai. We have de-risked our investment in technology by having both Sun and IBM Technologies rnproviding Unix. In addition, we have Windows-based servers which support our core application, Ingenium. This application is being used to administer the policies and provide service to our customers.
