Tam duong district Developing Sustainable Tourism

Tam Duong District is a gateway to Lai Chau Province. The national road system links the districts with many localities in the country and, especially, Tarn Duong bridges Sa Pa City and Dien Bien City. The district features thick forests and wavy terraced rice fields on Hoang Lien Son Range. There are a lot of primitive and grandiose caves on the mountain. The typical terrain, climate and location together with the characteristic cultures of 12 peoples, mainly minority ethnics, is an ideal condition to develop various types of tourism, such as resort, eco-tourism, cultural tourism and breathtaking sports.
