Viet Nhat Seafood Corporation, which was set up in 2001, went public on May 10, 2007. The company, staffed by 800 employees including 113 engineers, specialises in manufacturing and processing seafood products such as cuttle-fish, shrimp, crab and octopus. As much as 70 per cent of the company's products are exported to Japan and the remainder to the US.
