Kinder Morgan eyes third Permian pipeline

US MIDSTREAM giant Kinder Morgan is planning a 2 billion cubic feet per day pipeline to deliver natural gas from the Permian basin of Texas and New Mexico to the Gulf Coast, the company's third such project.
