NOVATEK has moved to reassure partners and investors in its ambitious liquefied natural gas projects in Russia that the company is well placed to combat any headwinds from a potential drop in LNG demand due to the coronavirus outbreak in China. Speaking last week in Moscow, deputy chairman Mark Gyetvay said the Russian independent is "different" from other gas producers operating elsewhere in the world.
