Transportation and Energy for the Year of 2050

摘要

Recently, the energy efficiency of the transportation has been decreasing because of the usage of automobiles. In the 21st century the oil shortage will be unavoidable and the efficient use of primary energy is inevitable. In this study the present status of the transportation system has been analyzed from the viewpoint of the energy efficiency, and the future technologies for the transportation system have been reviewed.
