Skills Challenge supports bus apprenticeship training with true test of ability

Ask apprentices why they chose the vocational route in their career, and you'll likely receive a variety of responses; earn while you learn, recognised qualifications, improve employability. Put the same question to a bus and coach apprentice and, often, you'll get the same answer: the combination of theoretical and practical learning. Many bus apprentices, like Jamie Cohen (pictured second left) from Arriva, want to further their technical skills while doing what they love: repairing vehicles.
