Clean sweep for Volvo with sweeper fleet at Brooking Hire

Devon-based Brooking Hire has taken delivery of a Volvo FH16-650 6×2 rigid, fitted with a Johnston-Beam S14000 sweeper body - said to be among the highest-spec sweepers in Europe. Supplied by dealer Stuarts Truck and Bus, the FH16 flagship is a 641 bhp unit with front and rear high-pressure spray bars, dual/simultaneous sweep and a rear suction bar with V-jets operating at 400bar to provide a special finish. Full hydrostatic drive is engaged when sweeping and the truck has a 9,300-litre water tank.
