TransLink: the Queensland Government sanctioned 'thief'

While the concept of the go Card is a good one dating back to 1989, its introduction has been a complete disaster: both in the purchase of the equipment and its operation. It is time that the present Government shot the 'lame nag' or sent it to the knackery and bought a thoroughbred, and in the meantime warned users properly of the dangers of 'theft' by stealth and to provide a means whereby anybody, not just technically savvy people, can easily check the current use history for free so they can claim refunds for no cost.
