There has been considerable discussion regarding the concentration of seminars in central London - and why not? Why should a speaker sacrifice up to 2 days of his/her time to give a 2 to 3h seminar to members; some of whom may themselves have had to travel some distance to attend? We are well past the era of face to face meetings. We all have mobile phones to send bulk SMSs or conduct conference calls between three, 10 or 50 people simultaneously, and they do not all need to be in the same country, or even the same continent to participate.
