CLIC stands for Cancer and Leukemia in Childhood.rnAt a joint naming ceremony and cheque handover was former WBA featherweight champion Barry McGuigan, whose daughter Danika was diagnosed with leukemia in 1997. Three years ago, Virgin train manager Kate Peach, of Wolverhampton, learnt that her son, Daniel, was suffering from a brain tumour. He was just six years old at the time.
