Brazil gets a lift

The world's largest gantry crane will be erected at the Engevix-Ecovix shipyard in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Konecranes Goliath gantry crane is 210m wide and 117m high and will be capable of lifting 2,000tonnes and will be used in the construction of Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) ships that will be used by Petrobas for offshore oil production.
