Palfinger Marine acquires NDM

Palfinger Marine is expanding its empire once again with the recent acquisition of Norwegian Deck Machinery AS (NDM). With this Palfinger Marine will also expand its product portfolio with winches. Palfinger Marine has said that with NDM's position within the design and development of deck winches and handling equipment for the Oil & Gas industry as well as the marine market will be an important success factor for its future strategy.
