Palfinger Marine acquires Norwegian Deck Machinery

Palfinger Marine has concluded the 100% acquisition of Norwegian Deck Machinery (NDM), adding winches to its portfolio of deck and handling equipment. The company will be integrated as a sixth business unit covering winches, with existing Palfinger business units comprising marine cranes, offshore cranes, launch and recovery systems as well as boats and wind cranes.
