Engineers Ireland's Chemical and Process Engineering division have announced a series of evening talks for the autumn. The first two fully-confirmed talks are 'Buncefield Oil Fire', presented by Denis Curtin, MIEI, on September 13 at 6.30pm in Clyde Road and 'Purified Water and Water for Injection System Design' presented by Hugh Hodkinson, MIEI. Hugh has contributed an article on the topic in this issue (p.253) which should whet your appetite for the more detailed talk he will deliver on October 19 in Clyde Road.
