Crown expands self-heating cans

Crown is gearing up to help bring self-heating canned products to the market for leading brands by extending its joint development agreement with technology provider HeatGenie. Texas-based HeatGenie, which has been working on more compact self-heating systems than those commonly used, has been concentrating on can/heater technology and the interaction of the heater with the can and its contents.
