Monobloc canmaking starts up in India

An aluminium aerosol canmaking facility has been commissioned in India to supply the growing domestic market and customers such as Unilever, which is planning to build a world-class deodorants manufacturing facility in the country.Casablanca, the sister company of New Delhi-based Spraytec, which manufactures aerosol valves, actuators and pumps, has started up its first state-of-the-art canmaking line.Four production lines featuring eight-colour decorators for the Casablanca plant are being supplied by Germany's Mall+Herlan, says Spraytec.
