The first two floors of the building would be completely redeveloped into a two-level, short-distance driving range. With the latest gaming equipment, players could predict how far a shot would have gone while having the expertise on hand to perfect their technique. The driving range would be manned by local residents. It would bring together different age groups, provide a fun activity and create a lively community atmosphere.
