The Allahabad High Court upheld on February 5 an award by a labour court directing the reinstatement of a workman of the Swadeshi Cotton Mills of Kanpur.rnDismissing a writ petition filed by the mill challenging the impugned award. Mr. Justice N. D. Ojha and Mr. Justice Murlidhar said that in their opinion the labour court had considered the matter in its right perspective and it could not be said that its award was vitiated.
