U.S. WRC-15 Delegation Chief Says He's Optimistic

The head of the U.S.'s delegation to the 2015 World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-15) expressed optimism recently that the U.S.'S priorities for this month's conference would be well-received by other nations, including its support for allowing countries to use the UHF band for mobile broadband services. The conference is scheduled for Nov. 2-27 in Geneva. "I'm not in the predictions market," Decker Anstrom said during an Oct. 14 conference call with reporters. "But I would say generally that, yes, we are optimistic about the direction that the world is moving on our priorities."
