FCC Restarts Clock In Comcast-TWC Review

As scheduled, on Jan. 12 the FCC restarted the clock on its internal 180-day review period for considering the proposed merger of Comcast Corp. and Time Warner Cable, Inc., and related transactions involving Charter Communications, Inc. The Commission had stopped the clock on Dec. 22, citing the discovery of "a significant number of responsive documents that were not timely produced to the FCC." The clock stopped at day 104 on Dec. 22, and ticked over to day 105 with the Jan. 12 resumption.
