摘要

The comparative analysis is performed for one-dimensional periodic structures formed by two recurring layers: dielectric-dielectric, dielectric-semiconductor, dielectric-semiconductor in a magnetic field, ferrite-ferrite and quantum wells sequence. For all the cases the study of physical peculiarities of enumerated structures is carried out analytically and numerically. It is shown that the investigated peculiarities can be used in practice for the wide frequency spectrum from units of GHz to hundreds of THz (from microwave to X-ray).
