Deutsche Telekom rewrites rules on access

Large telecommunications companies operating in Germany say incumbent Deutsche Telekom has made a change to retail-purchasing agreements that will create major problems in providing full voice services to corporate clients. Competitors say Deutsche Telekom informed them in August that they could no longer purchase ISDN connections retail for their corporate customers. (Previously they carried their own voice minutes over these connections.) Instead, they will have to buy a set number of minutes bundled with access.
