FCC DELAYS REPLY COMMENTS ON MISSOULA PLAN TO JAN.11

In response to a request from the National Assn. of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC), the FCC agreed to delay the deadline for reply comments on the Missoula Plan until Jan. 11 from Dec. 11. According to the FCC, NARUC said the delay would give state regulators time to digest 搕he number, length and variety of initial comments?on the intercarrier compensation proposal.
