The present invention relates to a comment system and, more specifically, to an artificial intelligent interactive comment system for automatically responding to online posts and comments, which exactly grasps the meaning of online posts and comments, and then automatically generating interactive and optimum comments in response to the related posts and comments. To this end, the system according to the present invention comprises: a knowledge information collecting channel unit for collecting on-line data expressible by at least one of voice and text; an automatic comment generating unit for storing and analyzing the data transmitted through the knowledge information collecting channel unit and generating an automatic comment; and a service response channel unit for transmitting on-line posts and comments to the automatic comment generating unit and receiving and registering automatic comments in response to the posts and comments.
