A telemarketing firm co-owner was indicted in a scheme to jam the Democratic party抯 N.H. phone bank during the 2002 midterm election. Shaun Hansen of Mylo Enterprises was charged with 2 counts -- conspiracy to commit telephone harassment and aiding and abetting telephone harassment -- the Dept. of Justice said Mon. The indictment, returned under seal March 8, was made public Mon. Hanson is the 4th to be charged in the scheme. Former N.H. GOP Exec. Dir. Chuck McGee and telemarketer Allen Raymond also were charged in the case. Hansen and alleged allies made hundreds of hang-up calls to 5 telephone numbers used by the N.H. Democratic party and one used by the Manchester Professional Firefighters Assn., jamming phones. A jury last year convicted former New England Republican party official James Tobin on telephone harassment charges.
