Public and ex parte conversations about the model mightnhelp “identify problems and concerns up front, rather than waiting for a final output that may require significantnafter-the-fact revision,” NAB said. The association also urged the commission to reveal similarnpreliminary information about the cross-border coordination with Canada and Mexico.
