On the back cover of our October/November 2011 issue (#222), we featured a Susan Teare photograph from author Joanne Palmisano's book Salvage Secrets. However, Joanne did not design the home shown in the photograph or on the book's cover as we suggested. A design credit should have been given to Heidi Arnold Design of St. John, Virgin Islands. Gristmill Builders of Stowe, Vt., built the house. We regret the omission.
