Clay Christensen is a professor at the Harvard Business School (cchristensen@hbs.edu) and an author of three breakthrough business books on disruptive innovation - The Innovator's Dilemma (1997); The Innovator's Solution with Michael E. Raynor (2003); and Seeing What's Next with Scott D. Anthony and Erik A. Roth (2004).
