Last month, we left off with Michael, a project manager for a consulting firm, with a dilemma that is more typical than you would imagine. A coworker asked him to take his place on a final walkthrough for a project that was "finished." As it turned out, it was not finished, and Cole, the original designer, claimed a conflict. He did not want to face the client, who was challenging him on his poor work and about how unresponsive he was to the pastor's attempts to communicate with him.
