I Am writing this letter in disgust having just watched an interview with a soldier getting ready to deploy to Afghanistan on the BBC news. The Serviceman in question had a large tattoo on his neck which was very clearly above the collar line. This is something that I am seeing more and more often although, luckily for the individuals concerned, not in my chain of command.
