Improvements have been made to the support system for soldiers who are made redundant later this year, the Army's head of manning has announced. Speaking to Soldier following the news that 5,300 troops will leave the Service this June, Brig Rob Nitsch said lessons had been learnt from earlier rounds of cuts.
