Light flyweight boxer LCpl Ashley Williams [R Welsh] made a storming start in the ring with a points victory over Mozambique's Juliano Maquina in the round of 16. The Welsh team captain then defeated Malaysia's Muhamad Redzuan [pictured] to secure the minimum of a bronze medal before locking horns with Devendro Laishram in the semi-finals.
