Research fellowships deliver

Improvement of pineapple processing for juice production is one of the areas currently covered by a fellowship scheme which is designed to enhance the knowledge, achieve ment and management skills of female researchers in Africa. AWARD fellow Chris tine Mukantwali is researching ways of over coming common problems in pineapple juice production and hopes to write training man uals that will ensure sustained application of optimum methods.
