Mestek Machinery Inc. was to hold an open house Oct. 5 at its Cedar Rapids, Iowa, facility in honor of Manufacturing Day. The company was also celebrating the return of U.S.-based manufacturing for some of its equipment that was previously built in China. Guests were to see the HVAC machinery maker's equipment and manufacturing processes. Mestek's brands include Lockformer, Iowa Precision and Engel.
