Performance Indicators für innovative Sicherheitsmaßnahmen am Bahnübergang

Fatalities and injuries at level crossings (LC) motivate the development of innovative safety measures at LC within the European project SAFER-LC (Safer level crossing by integrating and optimizing road-rail infrastructure management and design). Based on the concept of Key performance indicators (KPI), a performance indicator system (PIS) for evaluating the safety measures has been developed and is described in this article. The PIS contains performance indicators (PI) within the five categories Safety, Business, Traffic, Human behavior and Technical.%Todesfälle und Verletzungen durch Unfälle an Bahnübergängen (BÜ) motivieren die Entwicklung von innovativen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen für BÜ im Rahmen des Projektes SAFER-LC (Safer level crossing by integrating and optimizing road-rail infrastructure management and design). Zur Bewertung der Sicherheitsmaßnahmen wurde, basierenden auf dem Konzept der Key Performance Indicators (KPI), das Performance Indicator System (PIS) entwickelt, das in fünf Kategorien eingeteilt und im vorliegenden Beitrag beschrieben wird.
