Jaya delivers first of three high-spec PSVs

Singapore headquartered shipbuilding group Jaya Holdings has delivered Jaya Valour, its first high-specification deepwater platform supply vessel, to its own account. The DP2-class vessel, with a working deck area of 1000m~2 and accommodation for 60 people, is now on its maiden voyage as part of a long term charter contract in South East Asia with an existing customer undertaking fracturing work. Jaya Valour is one of the four PSVs in Jaya's newbuild programme, and is one of three to have already secured contracts for charter. The total value of these three contracts is more than US$60M, including optional extension periods.
