Some Comments on Recent Developments under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977

In this article, we have discussed two of the questions which have arisen under the FCPA, and have been answered by one or more federal court decisions (albeit that one of those questions has been answered differently by two federal courts). We hope that these discussions will assist our readers in advising their clients so as to avoid problems under the FCPA.
