Some Current Developments under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act

In prior issues of SRLJ we have discussed various aspects of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) In such discussions we have sought to keep our readers informed as to current developments under the FCPA. In this issue, we discuss some recent enforcement proceedings under the FCPA by the FCPA enforcement agencies, the U.S. Department of Justice ("DOJ") and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
