Nautical Institute donate books to the NAFC Marine Centre

The Nautical Institute's Shetland Branch has donated a suite of maritime text books to the NAFC Marine Centre. Presenting the books, chair of the Shetland Branch, Captain George Sutherland FNI, said:'We have close links with the NAFC Marine Centre, they have been a great support to us over the years, and this donation is just a small gesture from us to show our appreciation.' 'We are keen to encourage the next generation of seafarers and we hope that these books will be a valuable resource to the cadets as they progress through their training at the Centre.'
