摘要

Anthranilic acid was allowed to react with aroyl chlorides in pyridine to give 2-aryl-3,1-benzoxazin-4-ones (1a-I). These (1a-I) were allowed to react with 5-amino-2-phenyl-1,2,4-Triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazole (2a) to result the title compounds 3-(2-Aryl-1,3,4-thiadiazolo[2,3-c]-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl)-2-aryUhetewaryl-4(3H)-quinazolinones (3a - I). A representative number of synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antimicrobial activities.
