摘要

The Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) nanoparticles ink is synthesized by hot-injection method. CZTS thin film is fabricated by doctor-blade printing method using on the molybdenum/glass substrate. We investigate the effective conditions of CZTS thin film according to the gradual change of the light (As-coated, 500 W, 750 W, 1000 W, 1500 W, 2250 W and 3000 W) irradiation intensity using Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) System without thermal annealing process. Optimal crystallization conditions of CZTS thin films are determined by Differential Scanning Calorimetry-Thermal Gravimetric Analysis (DSC-TGA), X-ray Diffraction (XRD) patterns, Raman spectroscopy, Photoluminescence (PL), Field Emission-Scanning Electron Microscope (FE-SEM) images.
