VG20 - A New NIR Absorbing Optical Filter Glass for Night Vision Compatible Displays, Controls or Other Illumination

SCHOTT Advanced Optics is proud to announce VG20, an optimized filter glass for absorbing NIR radiation of LED or incandescent illumination for night vision compatible displays, controls or other illumination. In combination with numerous LEDs, the glass can be used for the colors "NVIS white" and "NVIS green" (MIL-STD3009 or RCTA DO275). The glass has extraordinary transmittance in the visible range allowing for true color recognition and high NIR absorption at the same time.
