The transport industry must prepare for the onset of the Driver Certificate of Professional Competence now, even though existing drivers will not have to undertake any training until 2014. That was the message delivered by speakers at the RHA's 10th Annual Training Conference, which was hosted by Jaguar Cars at its Castle Bromwich Visitor Centre.
